We are a statewide results-driven law firm founded on three bedrock principles: service, ethics and preparedness.The majority of our lawyers first practiced with large international law firms, and took from that experience an appreciation for providing high quality legal work, but with a strong desire to do so in a different type of setting where clients are provided with responsive and personalized service. The vast majority of our new clients are referred to us by existing clients and thus, we understand and value the importance of those client relationships. Our firm services a myriad of local, national and international business clients and high-wealth individuals, ranging from sole proprietors, entrepreneurs and closely held companies, to publicly traded Fortune 500 companies doing business in Florida. While the majority of our practice is limited to Florida, our firm is often consulted by existing clients to monitor pending litigation and business transactions outside of Florida. We provide clients with a full range of litigation, transactional and corporate services. The bedrock principles that our firm was founded upon remain the same today. Our lawyers have all devoted significant time and resources serving their communities, whether as the mayor of a small Hillsborough County community, a 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry Regiment Rough Rider, a combat veteran officer in the United States Army or otherwise.
